Late Arrival, No-Show & Cancellations
At Miracle Salon & Medi Spa, we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members. We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel. As courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the service providers schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice.
All new color guests will be required to leave a card on file in order to schedule a color service. Any cancellation after the 24-hour required cancellation period may be subject to a 50% charge of your service fee. Missed appointments, with no courtesy call, are also subject to a 50% charge of the service price before future appointments can be made. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text confirmation reminder. Please utilize this additional service by confirming or requesting to reschedule.
Additionally, no-shows and cancellations without a 24-hour notice may require a deposit to schedule a new appointment and hold the time slot on the stylists’ schedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may ask you to reschedule due to the scheduling of other appointments.
There are times when the weather causes need to cancel appointments. We respect the safety of others and in these cases we do not require a 48 hour cancellation. If Miracle Salon & Medi Spa needs to close due to inclement weather, the team will contact our guests and will work to accommodate the cancelled appointments to another date as soon as possible.
We LOVE children, but the salon is not a safe place for them with the chemicals and tools we use for services. For the safety of your children and the comfort and relaxation of all of our clients, we ask that children be left at home unless they have an appointment for a service.

Our salon company does not issue refunds on salon/spa services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to rectify the situation via our “redo” option. The "redo" option is available within the first 7 days following a service and is at no cost to our guests.
Our team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain the health and style of your hair. If you find that you are unhappy with the product purchase, please return within 14 days of the sale and we will exchange to better suit the needs of your hair. All sales final on cosmetic and CBD purchases.
Our salon company does not issue refunds on any gift certificate purchases. It can be used for the dollar value towards the purchase of any products of services, regardless of the service listed on the certificate.
