Who we are - Miracle Salon & Spa is a professional team of service technicians here to meet your needs.  Please do not feel uncomfortable if you would like to try another one of our employees to perform any service for you.  We are always open to your comments and suggestions.

Referral Program - Miracle Salon & Spa offers various referral incentives.  Check with your technician for more information.  If you refer a tanning client and they purchase a package, you will receive a free visit in a Level 1 or Level 2!

Scheduling Spa Packages – In order to better serve you and your needs, we suggest at least two weeks notice for scheduling your spa package.  This will allow us to schedule your day while fulfilling any requests you may have.

Cancellation Policy – A minimum of 24 hours is required when canceling any scheduled appointment.  Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of the advertised service price.  When scheduling any spa package, we require a gift certificate be purchased or we will need a credit card number on file.

Arrival Time – Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment, with the exception of spa packages.  This will allow time for changing, or filling out any applicable forms.  This time is scheduled into your spa package.

For your comfort – In order to help keep a relaxed atmosphere, we ask our guests to keep a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy.  Please turn cell phones and pagers to vibrate or off when in treatment areas.  For the safety of your children and for the pleasure of your and others time of relaxation, we ask that children remain with you at all times.  They are not permitted in the spa area.

Gift Certificates – Gift certificates are a great gift for any occasion that can be used any where in our salon & spa.  They can be purchased in any denomination; you can also specify a particular service or use a set amount and let the recipient choose.  With permission of the recipient, the gift certificate may be transferred to another client.  If a particular technician is specified on the gift certificate, it must be used with that person.  Please note that the No Show and Cancellation policies apply to gift certificate holders as well.

Prices – We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment – We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks.  Checks must include a preprinted address and a valid phone number.  There will be a $20 service fee for any returned check.  If check was used to pay for a tanning package or purchasing a gift certificate, it must be paid in full before any services can take place.

Product Returns – We stand behind our products, therefore, they are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  All products, with the exception of make-up, can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they are at least ¾ full for a full refund.  Make-up cannot be returned, so we recommend using our testers before making your purchase.
